How Can severe Rheumatoid Arthritis Be Treated?

is gout rheumatoid arthritis? What causes it? What can stop the extreme pain, swelling, and white nobs that are now growing on my toes and one knuckle. It has created a huge painful knob on my right elbow and I have had doctors all throughout this horrible on-going experience. I don t accept any terms or conditions prior to knowing what those are. This is a scam. Shame
